Easter

On Easter I got a bunch of stuff. I got eye black, a rocket, basketball hoop, candy, and shorts. I went to my grandpa's and then to my grandma's. I got a ton of candy from my grandparents houses hopefully it will last me until next time.

Book Tournament

 For a week we have been having a book tournament! We got paired up by drawing names from a hat so we didn't know what our competition would be like. I got paired up with my Friend Carson so it was a little bit of a competition between us to see who would advance. My book was Maniac Magee. Sadly he advanced and ended up winning the whole thing because he got a by to advance to the championship. Each time you advanced you would have to change some things that's why a lot of people got out because they ran out of ideas. Our writings were argumentative and persuasive writings. Someone in our class got really lucky. She won her second match by 2 points 516 to 518. She one her third by 1 point I don't know what the score is but she got to advance to the final 5 but then lost. There were 4 categories the highest score you could put in one category was 5 the lowest 1. So in total the highest final score for 1 person would be 20 and the lowest 4. There are 36 of us in total between the two 5th grade classes so there was a lot of people to go around. I am really disappointed I lost ut happy for Carson when he won.

Iowa Assesments Test

Today and throughout next week we will be taking  our Iowa Assesments Test alot of you taking the tests to well I kinda like it because it is sorta easy when your in 5th grade but if your in High School I wish you luck because your gonna need it. These tests are taken in parts each part is 30min the reading test is taken in 2 parts as well as math and vocabulary. We get to bring drinks and snacks if we want to eat and drink after the test before we start the new test. Well I wish you all luck on your tests. GOODBYE!!!

What I Got On Christmas

For Christmas I got some pretty cool things I got a Duke sweatshirt, and two other Under Armor sweatshirts.I got an RC car and helicopter I liked them alot. My favorite gift of all was the new ten pump BB/Pellot gun I got with a scope to.

On Thursday December 12, 2013 we are going to be having a video chat with your class. I don't know which of you guys I will chat with because there are two classes so lets hope you are all in the same class. I know Colton and Mitchell because I think Colton is with the FFA group and Mitchell plays baseball and basketball so I see him at the games I go to. Now about Simon the only things I know about you is that you are funny, from Sweden, have an accent (maybe),  probably really good at typing because your posts are so long, love mac n cheese, bacon burgers, and last but not least MTN. Dew. I will hope to see you all at the video chat. FYI: I will be eating my lunch because this is taking place during my lunch period. P.S. What I Am Thankful For

                                                                 THANKSGIVING
When Thanksgiving comes it is a time to be thankful for everything you have not complain about what you don't. It is a time to gather with your family, friends, and relatives have a great feast then just sit around and talk or watch TV whatever your tradition is. Now I am going to tell you about what I am thankful and I would like you to leave what you are thankful for in my comments. I am thankful for my friends, family, relatives, my house, food, a bed to sleep in, and everything else that I would have. For Thanksgiving I go to all my Grandma's and Grandpa's. It is very fun. Where do you go for Thanksgiving.

Wee Woo Wee Woo Fire Fire

 Well today there was fire so my bus was way off time, because instead of taking the street with the fire on it we went all the way across the highway. That took forever!!! When we were going you could catch a glimpse of it. There were fire trucks, police, and a ton of county sheriff's. I don't know how it started, but I will figure It out. My teachers brother in-law is a firefighter, but he works in Epworth so I did not know if he came to the fire. If he did my teacher might ask him to take pictures.
